We are looking for qualified sales manager who can utilize their skills to generate high quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers and close deals

- Systems Thinking: Create strong processes and systems to build a rocket-ship.

- Flexibility: Work weekends with 1 weekday off as sales peak on weekends.

- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill Set with strong sense of ownership for work.

Scope: To exceeds target for New Sales, Referrals or Renewals, in an individual contributor role

Work Location: Lower Parel (It would be a blend of WFH & Work from office culture in the future)

Working days: 6 days a week, weekoff will be on any weekday (Mon-Fri) as sales on Weekend is high

Shift hours: 9 hrs ( Between 10 am till 9 pm )

Mandatory Language fluency: English, Hindi

Laptop/Wi-Fi/Mobile: Candidate should use their own Laptop, Wifi as well as compatible cell phone

Qualifications:

Graduation is mandatory

Proven track record of exceeding Sales target as a Sales Manager, > 2 year of experience in Sales.

Age below 32 Years .

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation and organizational skills

- Immediate joiners preferred. Must have 1 month or less notice period

- Ability & willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment

- Technically sound with working knowledge of MS Office
