Position Overview :
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving enrollment in our online MBA programs. This role requires a results-driven professional with experience in sales, education, or a related field, who can effectively communicate the value of our programs and build strong relationships with prospective students and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage prospective students through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and direct outreach.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets for online MBA programs.
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and one-on-one consultations to highlight program benefits and features.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to promote MBA programs as part of their employee development plans.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize enrollment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demand to inform sales tactics.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or education-related roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of online education and the MBA market is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
