Job Role : Client Coordinator

Position Summary :

The Client Coordinator serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. And he/she is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as representing client needs and objectives within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, they will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities to increase account profitability

Education : MBA with specialization in IT Or Operation

Job Location: CBD Belapur

Work Experience :

Fresher or More than 1 Yrs of experience in client management, Client Servicing, Key account management, Client relationship, Account Delivery Management (IT Software/ Banking Industry)

Key Skill : Client Relationship, Key Account Manager, Client Servicing.

Job Description :

- Handling our major/Key accounts, primarily Banks and NBFC

- Generating more business from the existing clients

- Coordinating with the internal teams and ensure client satisfaction

- Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills

- Good communication skills (Written/Oral)

- To be a part of SAM team (Strategic Account Managers)

Job Requirement :

- Candidates with strong project management skill and are keen to learn this domain knowledge is welcome.

- Degree in IT or equivalent

- Exposure in the banking / financial industry will be an advantage

- Should be great with numbers, team management and should have excellent communication skills.
