FRANCHISEE SALES & OPERATIONS:

FRANCHISEE OPERATIONS :

- Coordination with franchisees to achieve their admission targets by regular reviews, inputs.

- Plan and conduct compliance audits of franchisee for the Company

- Train new employees on the franchisee audit process and procedures.

- Returns Control and Order Management

FRANCHISEE SALES OPERATIONS :

- Responsible for managing our marketing policy and operations and ensuring positive franchisee sales results.

- Enhance Franchisee sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.

- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the Franchisee sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for Franchisee sales.

PRODUCT LAUNCH :

- Work on product launch as per specific market requirements and Coordinating with the team.

FACTORY OPERATIONS :

- Analyzing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes.

- Identifying areas of improvement. Creating and presenting process improvement reports to control wastage and improve productivity.

RETAIL DOCUMENTATION & COMMUNICATION: (WEIGHTAGE - 30%)

- Ensuring all the documentation with sales channels are :

- Reviewed and executed properly

- Updated at all times

- Be the point of contact for all communication with the sales channels and the sales team

MIS MONITORING & ALERT: (WEIGHTAGE - 10%)

- Overseeing and reviewing the MIS reports prepared by the MIS team on a daily basis

- Highlighting any discrepancy in the MIS and conducting audits to ensure that such discrepancies do not recur

MONITORING SALES AND STOCK ON DAILY BASIS: (WEIGHTAGE - 30%)

- Monitoring the sales on a daily basis to ensure that the stocks are cleared and the products do not age

SALES TEAM ATTENDANCE: (WEIGHTAGE - 10%)

- Monitoring the sales team's attendance on a daily basis

- Notifying and recommending corrective actions in case of any unusual irregularities in their attendance

IMPLEMENTATION OF CRM OR BUSINESS APPLICATIONS: (WEIGHTAGE - 20%)

- Company may change or add duties and responsibilities as per business requirement.
