Yaap - Senior Manager - Client Servicing (5-9 yrs)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
- Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
- Building engagement with all the clients and being a liaison between the Ops team & clients.
- Build campaign-reports -post-campaign, periodical reports
- Account Management - Making sure all the client requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Making sure the operations team delivers on all the roles.
- Retaining clients.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field required
- 5+ years- experience in client servicing/account management role
- Proven ability to utilize the available resources- creative, servicing team
- Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills required
- Hands-on experience in developing PowerPoint presentations
