Looking for Study overseas counsellor (inside sales)
Please find below the job description :
- Y-Axis receives over 25,000 enquiries each month. You will be responsible for counselling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email & in person.
- Counselling the students as per their eligibility and their requirement
- Interact with students, parents & professionals in person and assist them for overseas University admissions.
- Understand the student requirement and expectations and help them in overseas University admissions.
- Guiding them through all the process eg. expenses, procedure, application, tuition fees etc.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of two years of experience.
- Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales/Counselling.
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with computers and the internet.
- Sales oriented and target driven attitude because this position is target based and its all about counsel student and sell our concept
