Job Summary :


The role's core functions are :


- Formulate and implement sales strategy in line with organization mission, vision and goals

- Lead regional sales team to achieve sales targets

- Maintain sales management and reporting using appropriate tools to achieve business objectives

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and steer improvements

Key Duties/Responsibilities :


- Responsibilities % of Time Spent

60% Strategic :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, technique and tactics to meet business goals

- Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Training the sales team to improve their performance and reach their true potential

- Coordinate with management to develop sales plan, budget and schedule

30% Implementation :


- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and build positive working relationship with them for repeat business

- Driving sales closures and assisting team for negotiations

- Participate in sales conferences, industry meetings, and social networks to represent company

- Present detailed sales forecast reports to top management on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

- Effectively organize and balance tasks and priorities to keep multiple projects on track

10% Other Tasks :

- Prepare sales contracts and proposals for customers and partners

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
