Business Development Manager
Responsibilities :
- He/She will be responsible to drive the sales of the organization and help in the overall business development.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- The candidate should have good communication skills and should be willing to travel and make new clients.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the clients' needs, concerns, and objectives.
Requirements :
- He/she should have on-field experience in the IT Enabled Service Industry /Software/IT Based Solutions)
- He/she should have good connections in the market and should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT industry
- Experience in selling IT products and services to clients.
- Talk, present and convince decision-makers, and CXOs.
- Experience in Inside sales for technology/ professional services/ B2B
- Should know how to generate leads
- Good at making presentations
- Experience with US/Overseas clients
- Experience in IT, Software Services
- Has good negotiation skills
