Job description :
Designation : Process Associate / CCE / Sr. CCE / TSE
Process: US based process for Healthcare / Telecom / Travel / B2B /B2C
Responsibility:
contact businesses or private individuals by phone
deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
describe products and services
respond to questions
identify and overcome objections
take the customer through the sales process
obtain customer information
obtain possible customer leads
maintain customer/potential customer data bases
follow up on initial contacts
complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

Qualification: Graduate or Pursuing Graduation
Minimum Intermediate
Experience: Minimum 6 Months (Freshers can also apply)
Sex: Male/ Female
Location: Roots Tower, 8th Floor, District Centre, Laxmi nagar, Delhi-92, Near Nirman Vihar Metro, Behind V3S Mall.
Salary : 1.5 to 3.6 LPA(negotiable)+ commissions + attendance bonus, Yearly bonus,referral bonus + Monday off (2 & 4) + Meals and cabs (1 sided)
