Designation : German Sales Executive
Process: Tech Support (Inbound Process)
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for ATTAINING daily, weekly and monthly Sales Targets.
- Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customer's queries.
- Should be able to engage the customer in a conversation and avoid dead air on calls.
- Accurately capturing required customer details in CRM.
- Ability to close sales.
- Meet Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines
- Requires maintaining 100% Sales Compliance as per Sales Compliance Guidelines.
- Needs to clock the required number of production hours and adhere to break guidelines.
- Needs to be a quick learner and should be open to receiving feedback & learning. Ability to understand/comprehend the customer\'s requirements and respond tactically.
Skills :
- Must be fluent in German and English.
- Must be a quick Learner.
- Adaptability.
- Willing to work in 24x7 environment with no specific shift preferences.
Qualification : Minimum Level B1.
Experience: Minimum 6 month.
Salary: Negotiable (Depends on last drawn) + Meals + Cab Facility.
