Job Description :

1. Manage and grow warehouse and fulfillment business portfolio for the region

2. Develop and implement growth strategy to generate revenue as per organization's growth aspirations

3. Identify and work on opportunities across sectors for favorable closures

4. Possess a strong commercial, contractual and operations understanding

5. Map competition activity related to business as well as the customer projects

6. Maintain and develop strong working relationship with customer stakeholders

7. Maintain a strong working relationship with internal stakeholders

8. Remain primary customer contact until contract sign-off and project implementation sign-off with stakeholders

Skillsets:

1) Candidates with good exposure to Modern Warehousing operations, technicalities, Customer management skills & good business acumen.

2) Key performance aspects would be dedicated efforts in developing new customers, follow ups, Techno commercial skills, High degree of Energy & drive, Decision making ability.

3) Behavioral aspects include stakeholder management, maintaining healthy working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, persistence, hard work, positive attitude, grounded approach, logical ability, communication skills and coordinating skills (external and internal), presentation skills.

Added advantage: Exposure to Warehouse management software processes, ERP processes etc.

Qualification: Post Graduate from reputed institute, preferable with majors in supply chain
