XpressBees - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - B2C Sales (3-10 yrs)
- Develop independently new sales revenue, identify and alleviate new client opportunities.
- Sales retention & new business development
- Collaborate with teams related to pricing decisions, Utilize utmost time to manage customer interactions like prospecting, qualifying, cold calling, and making customer calls as well as deals closure.
- Focus on selling core products, services and modes of sales.
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
- Resolving the customer issues and queries on time.
- To forecast and prepare business plans and strategies.
- Recommend modifications to existing customers related to transportation needs.
- Plan and conduct presentations along with customer meetings.
- Provide rate quotes to clients for services.
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
- Controlling the outstanding and strong follow up with the customer for collections.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Required Skills/Abilities:
1. Prior logistics experience is a must, 3+ years work experience in Enterprise Sales
2. Self-starter, Self-motivated, Agile and prepared to work in a fast paced environment
3. Good communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Good presentation skills, Display team working skills
