Xpressbees - Manager - Key Accounts Management (4-13 yrs)
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of key clients to grow the business share through thorough understanding of needs and requirements.
- Data oriented person who possesses data every-time and discusses customers with data.
- Lead a team of sales and client experience professionals to generate & maintain business revenue and for a smooth customer experience.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives hence candidates' inter personal skills are the main responsibility as he has to interact and liaison with cross functional teams to get solutions for his customers with authority.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner and progressive data is presented as an advantage by training the team regularly.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams at all levels.
- To ensure any issues and problems faced by customers are resolved and deal with complaints to maintain trust, thus enhancing the customer experience
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships and hence sales coordination is the key.
- To ensure reports of progress and forecasts to are presented internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
