Xpressbees - Executive - Customer Care (0-2 yrs)
1. Customer service orientation.
2. Inbound /outbound voice process, majorly of inbound process
3. Handling customer queries.
4. Solving their issues via calls or emails.
5. General Shift of 9 hours,
(9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm).
6. Rotational Shift with rotational week off (not necessarily on Sunday, any day of the week)
7. Handling calls of customers on daily basis.
8. Good at MS-Excel to maintain customer data.
9. Maintain data of quires and solution provided.
