1. Managing Channel Management /Franchisee management department.
2. Training the franchisees on First mile, last mile and XB application (Last mile delivery updating Application)
3. Improving the delivery performance by insisting the Franchisee to start the operation process Early morning.
4. Improving the services by giving proper solutions through proper channel
5. Follow up on COD closures.
6. Must have had sales exposure in the past.
