Job Description :
- Having good knowledge of FTL sales.
- Should have knowledge of lane wise costing and well aware of territory.
- Candidate having experiences with only FTL companies.
- He will onboard clients and develop and implement the business strategy for his region, ensuring successful alignment with overall strategy.
- Own end to end customer relationship and satisfaction. He would have a sound vendor base and have good negotiation skills to procure a fleet from the open market.
- He would own the overall Business KPI deliverables for his region. He would be driving the operations and Network balancing in his region with the support of Operations/traffic.
- He would be hunting new accounts and growing existing accounts keeping profit margin.
- He would be required to coordinate internally with the FTL head and multiple cross functional teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction of our clients.
