JOB DESCRIPTION :
Department Name: Outreach
Reporting to: Senior Manager - Outreach
Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi
Salary: 10,000 - 20,000 per month
Job Type: Contractual
Tenure: 3 months
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Outreach: Generate quality leads through outbound calls to educational institutions, particularly schools, after target assessment and bring them onboard. Ensure the increment in the number of schools and students registered on our platform.
- Relationship Management through frequent result driven communication with schools.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential schools in the allocated area from the database by recognizing and evaluating the prospects.
- Reporting: Update the daily report of the calls in the in-house CRM software of the organisation.
- Client Support: Maintain relationships with the schools by providing information, support and guidance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
REQUIREMENT :
- Should be persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Written: Candidate should be able to enter a large quantity of data from single/multiple sources in a prescribed format at the required level of accuracy.
- Verbal: Have good grasp in English language.
- Highly proficient in Excel.
- Driven for results.
- Detail Oriented.
Database Management: Candidate has to do the following :
1. Maintaining the list of entities.
2. Entering the data from the list into excel sheets.
3. Maintaining the data into the in-house application/software of the organization.
4. Transferring data from paper formats into database systems.
