XPERGE is hiring for a Business Development Executive for the MOHALI location || 5 Days working || Work from Office ONLY.
Responsibilities:
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, online bidding.
- Responsible for bidding on Web Development & Mobile Application Development projects.
- Will be working on bidding portals like Upwork, Clutch, Linkedin, Elance, Web Guru, Freelancer, Fiver, etc.
- Must be a team player and good at logical reasoning.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Requirements :
- Good Exposure to bidding on Web Development & Mobile Application Development projects.
- The candidate must have good communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Able to generate business via channels like Upwork, Clutch, Linkedin, Elance, Web Guru, freelancer, Fiver, etc.
- Must have done Lead Generation on Web and Mobile Applications.
- The candidate must have an IT Background and should be familiar with technologies.
- Must be Innovative, knowledgeable, creative, and hard-working.
