Xpecto - Executive - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- Generate new business opportunities by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Meeting sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. This includes developing sales plans, forecasting sales, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients/customers while also retaining existing ones. This may involve cold calling, networking, relationship building, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- IT/ software sales experience is a must.
Requirements :
- Good Communication skills in English written and Oral.
