Xpand Bee - Telecalling/Telesales Role (0-2 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented female telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be able to effectively communicate with customers over the phone. The telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities :
- Contact potential customers by phone to sell products or services.
- Use scripts and other resources to effectively communicate with customers.
- Qualify prospects and determine their needs.
- Close sales and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure.
