Xoxoday - Performance Marketer (5-8 yrs)
Xoxoday is looking for Performance Marketing Manager who will be primarily responsible for the management of digital accounts. He is a person with a keen interest in keeping the business abreast of emerging technologies and developments in the digital industry and sharing that knowledge and information with the rest of the performance marketing department.
The Performance Marketing Manager drives the marketing department's commercial performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement. The Performance Marketing Manager works closely with all marketing teams in target-setting as well as post-campaign evaluations.
What you'll be doing :
- Responsible for paid search across websites, search engines, and geographical locations.
- Managing implementation initiatives to enhance PPC campaign effectiveness.
- Manage performance marketing spend to ensure achievement against commercial goals.
- Continually reviewing bid optimization, creative and keyword development strategies.
- Have good copywriting skills to create great ad copy and landing pages.
- Is data-driven and a team player.
- Experience of working with other teams - design, sales.
What you need to succeed in this role :
- Experience of 5 years with BE and/or MBA Marketing.
- We are looking for a performance marketer who can own the entire PPC effort.
Must Have Skills : Experience in Google Ads, Facebook ads, Linkedin Ads, Quora Ads, Strong -keyword research skills, Copywriting skills, Landing page creation and execution, data-driven.
- Must have executed large budget digital ad campaigns.
