Xoxoday - B2B Marketing Role (2-5 yrs)
Duties and responsibilities:
Product positioning - Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers
Content Strategy - Drive innovative content ideas for a variety of platforms and measuring the effectiveness of content strategy
Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the players in the market
Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the product portfolio to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process
Demand generation - Own the strategy & marketing programs to drive product demand (aka sales qualified leads)
Evangelism - Champions thought leadership & category ownership across multiple offline & online forums
Customer Communication - Own the product messaging & communication through out the lifecycle of the customer - from pre-sales to sales to post-sales.
Desired profil e:
- Master's Degree and 3+ years marketing experience required; a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
- Experience with LinkedIn campaigns, LinkedIn sales navigator, Salesforce, GetResponse /pardot /hubspot / eloqua, Adobe marketing cloud
- Super savvy about product positioning, design thinking & emerging digital products
Amazing story-teller - especially where the technical IP is translated superbly into user facing benefits
Data geek - Analytics, measurements & data driven decisioning comes naturally
Prior experience of driving go-to-market strategies, especially in global markets would be a plus
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail
Team player - collaborating with cross-functional teams & proactively fixing any process-gaps to deliver the desired output
- Self-driven individual with hands-on-execution capability as well as long term business planning
Drive demand generation - inbound and outbound lead gen campaigns - through a mix of digital marketing and inside sales
