Art Director - Digital

Xoxoday is looking for a talented digital graphic designer with a strong interest in digital B2B marketing.

As a key part of our design team, you will be responsible for eye-catching digital campaigns across our website, e-mail groups and social media. This will include planning and implementing these campaigns, creating collateral and analysing their success. You will also be involved in all other aspects of marketing for the company as part of the wider team.

Location - Xoxoday Head Office, Bangalore (HSR Layout)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Work with our Creative Head to develop and implement digital campaigns across our web site, e-mail and social media.

- Look after our website and digital assets, creating new content and making regular updates.

- Produce graphic content in line with briefs; including page layouts and themes, site graphics, banner ads, exhibition stands, animations and produce video content.

- Ensure a consistent and seamless on-brand customer experience across all marketing touch points

What you need to succeed in this role:

- Experience in digital marketing

- Experience required 2-3 years.

- Thorough knowledge and experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign programmers).

- Experience with website content management systems

- Knowledge and experience of digital advertising platforms and formats

- In-depth knowledge of current design trends and techniques

- Ability to balance delivery of immediate tactical work with longer-term goals

- Excellent attention to detail

- Formal design education
