Job Description :

If so, we invite you to join our team as a Sr. Business Development Executive at Xotiv Technologies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to drive our business growth through effective bidding, prospecting, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development :

- Research, identify, and approach potential clients to understand their software development needs.

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our client base.

- Create and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Bidding and Proposal Management:

- Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals for software development projects.

- Collaborate with the technical team to create detailed project proposals that meet client

requirements.

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.

Lead Generation :

- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry-specific forums.

- Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify trends and opportunities.

Market Analysis :

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

- Analyze market data to develop strategies for business growth.

Sales and Revenue Growth :

- Meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding the scope of projects with existing clients.

- Create and execute strategies to drive revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management :

- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.

- Address client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Reporting :

- Provide regular reports on business development activities, client engagement, and sales performance.

- Assist in forecasting and budgeting for the business development department.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, specifically in the software development industry.

- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.

- Strong knowledge of software development processes and technologies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
