Job Criteria:
- Good communication skills writing, Oral and verbal.
- Good computer knowledge, good typing speed.
- Any candidate Fresher or more than twelve months BPO voice process would be considered.
- Flexible to work in 24-7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
- Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.
- Basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems.
- Typing 30 WPM and 80% accuracy.
Job Description :
- Have to resolve customer queries over Chat, Email or Zoom call
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: - 200,419.24 - 436,954.76 per year
