We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B sales. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential for this role. Fluency in Hindi is considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

- Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports

- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a sales representative

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
