Roles & responsibilities:
- The formulation of overseas service policy, and to streamline the organization;
- The data of different business departments, provide business improvement and readjust the opinion, cooperate with the company internal resources, and continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Supporting the lead for the service readiness of new products in the country or region
- The management, supervision and evaluation of the local after-sales agency.
- Overseas after-sales service contract signing and negotiation
- Solving customer complaints, coordinate after-sales agency to provide a satisfactory solution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Proficiency of listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as working language
- 5 + years of relevant working experience in mobile phone field service
- Familiar with india mobile phone after-sale buiness
- Adapt to short-term expatriate work
