Xfinite - Manager - Video Platform & Content Operations (6-7 yrs)
We are looking for fast-paced, organized, proactive Manager - YouTube & Content Operations with a thirst for learning and personal development to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for driving YouTube content strategy and partner closely with Marketing, Product and Tech teams to drive growth of ErosNow.
Responsibilities :
- In Depth Knowledge of Content Management Systems.
- Knowledge of Metadata VOD.
- Metadata requirements based on content type.
- Basic Knowledge of Jira/Confluence : Product & Tech issue tickets to the Content Team/Vice Versa, these need to be monitored & resolved.
- Partnership Management: This includes Partner coordination, coordinating with Legal Team, handling onboarding activities etc.
- Knowledge of SEO & Marketing Automation Tools.
- Handling the interns & coordinated work with the Tech/Product/Legal teams.
- Handling & Tracking Content Delivery to partners.
Who we are looking for?
Behavioral Competencies :
- 6-7 years of experience in content operations and YouTube growth.
- Experience using SEO/SMM Toolslike YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, VidIQ, Tubebuddy, etc.
- experience working within the YouTube CMS and with YouTube/Google analytics.
- Excellent communication, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.
- In-depth understanding of audience retention metrics (e.g., Average view duration vs. % completion, watch time).
- Experience leveraging/ implementing In-video programming mechanisms(e.g., link cards and end screens).
- Ability to keep up with the ever-changing YouTube ecosystem and new features.
- Successful track record of conceptualizing and developing benchmarks, KPIs, and ability to report insights and KPIs weekly.
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity and change in the fast-paced
- Media & Blockchain industry.
Technical Competencies :
- YouTube CMS knowledge will be the add on.
- Keen interest in the media landscape and content
