Job Description :
Client Relationship Management :
- Maintain and enhance relationships with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors.
- Provide personalized financial advice and investment strategies tailored to clients' goals and risk tolerance.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance assessments with clients.
Strategic Leadership :
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the firm's strategic vision and goals.
- Lead business development efforts to attract new clients and expand the firm's market presence.
- Mentor and develop junior advisers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Investment Management :
- Oversee the development and implementation of investment strategies and asset allocation models.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to make informed investment decisions.
- Ensure adherence to the firm's investment policies and risk management guidelines.
Compliance and Risk Management :
- Ensure the firm's practices comply with SEBI regulations and other relevant legal requirements.
- Conduct periodic audits and reviews to maintain high standards of regulatory compliance.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to manage and mitigate risks effectively.
Business Development and Expansion:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand the firm's client base and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients.
- Network extensively within the industry to build relationships and attract new clients.
- Create and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote the firm's services.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars to increase visibility and brand recognition.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA, CFA, CFP) preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in investment management, financial advisory, or a related field within Security market.
- Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios and delivering comprehensive financial advice.
- Deep knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to acting in clients' best interests.
