Xerago - General Manager - Campaign Management (8-15 yrs)
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of planning, creating and executing direct and database campaigns, using different marketing automation platforms. They should be able to understand targeting, segmentation, creatives, test/control design, response tracking, campaign analytics and have an overall understanding of customer lifecycle.
- Experience in multiple enterprise marketing automation tools will be a major advantage - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, Adobe Campaign, SAS EMA, Oracle Responsys, etc.
- Should be able to engage with clients and provide guidance and direction to them for their campaign planning and to internal teams for conceptualizing and executing campaigns.
- Direct/Digital/Analytical Marketing experience in agency/client side essential.
Job Responsibilities :
- Be able to understand and use different marketing automation tools
- Understand marketing basics well enough to intelligently discuss campaign calendars and strategies with clients
- Understand marketing briefs from customers and how to use tools to enable their marketing campaigns
- Provide advice on campaign planning and execution and direct marketing
- Give direction to direct marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools
- Recruit and train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns
Qualifications :
- 8+ years- experience in a senior position in campaign management role
- Knowledge of data analysis, campaign services, response measurement
- Demonstrated experience as marketing consultant or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of data and direct marketing principles and best practices
- Ability to think strategically and analytically
- Proficient in Enterprise Marketing tools (e.g. Unica, SFMC, Adobe, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
