Xeno is an AI-driven CRM company for large Omnichannel Retailers. We have some of the biggest brands in our portfolio like Tommy Hilfiger, CK, jack & jones, levis, taco bell, barbeque nation etc. Xeno enables large Omnichannel retailers to engage their customers across eCommerce & stores. With the digital retail wave alongside us, we've seen a 7x growth in the number of brands using Xeno.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing while contributing to our growth strategy. As an SDR Intern, you will work closely with our sales team to identify and qualify potential leads, nurture relationships, and support our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities of the candidate :

1) Conduct thorough market research to identify new companies and brands within our target group (TG)

2) Utilize a variety of avenues and channels (e.g., online databases, industry reports, social media, trade shows, networking events) to discover potential new leads and companies.

3) Identify key stakeholders within the identified companies, including decision-makers and influencers.

4) Build and maintain a database of relevant stakeholders and contact information

5) Regularly update and maintain a clean CRM database with accurate and up-to-date information.

6) Ensure all research work, including new leads and stakeholder details, is mapped into the CRM in a systematic and organized manner

7) Share insights and findings from market research to assist in the development of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
