Xeno - Campaign Strategist (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for an enterprising candidate who enjoys working with data and curating marketing strategies based on the same, thus helping the team to prove impact to clients and help brands grow their business. You'd be playing a key role to grow the Xeno business from under $1M in revenue to over $20M over the next few years.
You'll be working directly with the senior level managers of brands like Nandos,Taco Bell, Forest Essentials and others in devising marketing strategies for their brands which help them grow their revenues from such strategies. It's a high growth opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, Techstars funded startup!
About Xeno :
Xeno enables brands to delight customers with their marketing by creating 1 million unique campaigns for their 1 million existing customers. The result is a 150% increase in revenue from their marketing campaigns.
Key skills :
Analytical skills : As a campaign manager you will devise marketing plans which are driven by understanding customer level data of each brand.
Communication skills : Excellent writing skills are a pre-requisite as you will frequently have to write communications over email explaining various scenarios. Campaign managers also need pristine speaking skills. They have to manage relationships with brands and third parties as well as persuade a non-marketing audience, such as senior level managers within the organisation, of the wisdom of proposed campaigns.
Project management skills : As a campaign manager you will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple campaign plans and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.
Numerical skills : You will need to acquire data and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyse the success of campaigns. You will have to make projections for clients while presenting the campaign plan to make the client understand the estimated output of the same.
Software Skills : Knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
What We're Looking For :
- We are looking for a candidate with a proven past record of working on marketing strategies with large budget and handling marketing calendars of numerous clients, preferably with Retails/Restaurants.
- They should have a sound knowledge of Digital Marketing space and a knack for understanding data.
- They should be able to demonstrate an ability to drive decisions which are data-centric and be an effective communicator of the same.
- They should have a proven record of handling enterprise level clientele with an executive presence that oozes confidence.
- They should have the willingness to understand client goals and should have a track record of achieving the same in their previous capacity.
- A willingness to learn quickly and an appetite to achieve excellence is always appreciated.
