Job Description-
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns tailored for SaaS products and chatbots, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Leverage CRM tools like Zoho and other platforms to design customer-centric campaigns that optimize the customer journey.
3. Ideate and implement creative campaigns to boost brand visibility, lead generation, and customer retention.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless campaign execution and messaging consistency.
5. Analyze campaign performance metrics and leverage insights to optimize future campaigns for better ROI.
6. Drive customer engagement strategies through personalized content, email marketing, and other digital channels.
7. Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the SaaS and chatbot domains.
8. Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize impact.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in product-based companies.
3. Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho and expertise in leveraging them for campaign management.
4. Proven track record of running successful creative campaigns in customer engagement and SaaS products.
5. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
6. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
7. Knowledge of chatbot technologies and their applications in enhancing customer engagement is a plus.
