Xcelion Advisory - Sales Role (0-1 yrs)
Primary Objective
Act as a sales expert and partner with the Client's Team to help assess, measure and increase the performance of Sales and Marketing activities connected with Retail/Channel Sales. Work involves providing guidance on performance management initiatives; and developing, coordinating, and implementing Sales & Marketing activities in the markets. Candidate should work under minimal supervision and plan & coordinate the work of others.
Duties / Requirements
- Perform Sales data analysis and report major deviations.
- Visit markets and analyse performance of Client's sales team and sales channel.
- Co-ordinate and ensure that Client's Sales team is effectively managing market operations.
- Coordinate communication related to retail sales initiatives, schemes, products and processes.
- Review internal controls and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and conduct presentations to management.
Skills / Competencies
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably MBA.
- Minimum of 6 Months - 1 year of Sales experience or part of Corporate Review team.
- Ability to Travel 60 - 70%
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power Point skills
