About the Role :
We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve our business goals. You will wear many hats, from managing social media campaigns to analyzing website traffic and creating engaging content.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)
- Manage and optimize social media presence to build brand awareness and engagement
- Create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
- Track and measure the performance of all marketing campaigns and report on ROI
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, design, etc.) to ensure a cohesive marketing message
- Manage and develop the digital marketing budget
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve
