Job Description :
- Xceedance has an exciting, highly visible opening for a dynamic writer and content-generation specialist. The role focuses on content development for both external and internal audiences, marketing communications to support business development and industry eminence, and the production of a variety of digital and traditional content-generation responsibilities to drive B2B communications strategy and brand positioning.
Responsibilities :
- This position will be responsible for researching, writing, and producing a wide range of engaging content and assets including, but not limited to, website and social media copy, brand and capabilities collateral, sales tools, presentations, ebooks, direct outreach, video scripts, webinar and event speaker material, press releases, case studies, Q&A/FAQs, white papers, infographics, and byline articles.
- Working in collaboration with HR, business and functional units, and management, the specialist will also formulate, produce, and distribute diverse internal communications, announcements, policies/guidelines, newsletters, intranet material, and departmental/team communiques, in support of timely and informative corporate communications strategy.
- With supervision and mentoring from the head of corporate communications, the successful writer/content specialist will develop and be guided by a set of defined KPIs to measure and optimize content assets, message effectiveness, and communications strategy.
Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, creative writing, marketing or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, B2B marketing, digital marketing
- Experience with diverse content approaches and mediums in business/technology positioning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of graphic design and tools a definite plus
- Audio-visual and videography talent and interest very helpful
- Experience in insurance and/or financial industries preferred but not required
Qualifications :
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent researcher, curator, and organizer in mapping and building diverse content types
- Highly proficient in North American and European styles of writing and expression
- Self-driven, independent, and accountable for fast-moving project deadlines and deliverables
- Fast learner, able to absorb and communicate complex business/technology contexts and topics
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to multitask proficiently and routinely
- Confident decision maker about maximizing communications tools and assets
- Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to achieve quality and accuracy
- Creative, strategic, and confident in bringing business storytelling ideas and options to projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and poised in interacting across a matrixed and global organization
