Role : Social Media Manager

- We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively.
- Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of engagement, new downloads, website traffic and increased brand awareness.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of the social media strategy and calendar across all social media platforms with the aim of increasing overall brand awareness.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, graphics, videos)
- Have in and out understanding of the working of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn and plan strategies that work best for each platform.
- Perform research on our competitor activity, current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Ideate, curate and execute social media posts and engagement campaigns with the use of Instagram Stories, Lives, Tweetdeck etc.
- Ability to deliver stunning creatives in the form of graphics, carousels and video
- Maintain an active community by engaging with followers and responding to any concerns/queries.
- Use social listening to increase engagement as well as monitor the social media activity of company competitors
- Create monthly social media reports and keep track of success metrics with the help of a social media tool.
- Stay up to date with social media trends across the globe and incorporate them into the social media strategy.
- Adopt Information Security and Privacy practices in the work
- Maintain the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of all information or assets shared and assessed by you
- Adhere to Wysa's security, privacy and compliance policies and procedures
- Contribute to building continual improvement practices. Knowledge of security and privacy practices while using social media platform
Qualifications & Skills :
- Passion for social media ,must be up to date with latest trends.
- Excellent English verbal & written, impeccable grammar.
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts, preferably for a global brand.
- Experienced short form copywriter who can write compelling content for posts and reels
- Design skills to be able to create stunning graphics and carousels
- Video editing skills
- Understanding of the sensitivities of the Mental Health
- Hands-on experience using Buffer, Sprout or similar tools
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Proactive, takes ownership and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Able to handle multiple projects & prioritize tasks effectively
