Business Development, International Partnerships- Remote Role

Roles & Responsibilities :
- For the role of Business Development Manager, we are looking for someone who wants to put their years of experience in LinkedIn surfing (lead generation and marketing), socializing and persuasion, (pitches and client engagement), and bargaining (pricing and negotiation) to the test. If you- re someone with all this and 2-3 years of experience in sales / client-facing roles looking to build a career in business development, you may be the right fit for the role!
Sales and Marketing : 50%
- Engage inbound leads for the entire sales life-cycle from lead qualification (including pitches and proposals)
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to craft marketing content and run dedicated B2B marketing campaigns for lead generation
- Use a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) to manage and update the sales pipeline efficiently
- Work closely with client success teams to ensure that Wysa solutions are successfully adopted in client organizations, and increase opportunity for upselling and renewals
Business Process Management and Improvement : 30%
- Create metrics and KPIs to track business activity, resource utilization, scope for improvement
- Oversee business development function's adherence to Wysa's security, privacy and compliance policies and procedures
Request for Proposal Writing : 20%
- Own submission of RFPs, due-diligence questionnaires, and grant applications by project managing and mobilizing resources in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications & Skills :
- You have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in a sales/partnerships/ biz dev role
- You have had some experience with using CRM platforms (or are very keen to learn)
- Prior experience in a start-up or an MBA is preferred, but don't let it hold you back
- You are all game for taking ownership and working with ambiguity in a fast-changing startup environment
- You are a Jake (from Brooklyn 99) or Monica (from FRIENDS), with incredible communication, organization and time management skills!
- You have a genuine interest in mental-health, with the passion to make a difference in this field
