Role & Responsibilities :

We are looking for a young and ambitious individual with around 1 years of experience in a client facing role looking to build a career in Customer Success. Your role will be to build strong client relationships to help Wysa's clients execute various engagement solutions to promote Wysa among their community. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success by making sure that these tools and solutions are executed in a timely manner.

Location : Bangalore, Work From Home

Function : Customer Success

Experience Level : Entry Level

- Own a portfolio of high profile clients and maintain excellent client relationships as they move through all phases of the customer lifecycle to ensure customer success.

- Regularly engaging with clients to ensure that Wysa solutions are successfully adopted in their organization.

- Coordinating with the marketing, analytics, product teams to ensure that reports, collaterals & campaigns assets are shared with clients in a timely manner.

- Provide analytics reports and conduct client reviews to identify any gaps and upselling opportunities.

- Provide an important voice of the client internally to the Product and Sales teams to ensure that customer requirements and product feedback are captured

- Leave clients feeling supported and delighted after every interaction and in turn see the extent of your impact!

- Maintain the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of all information or assets shared and assessed by you

- Adhere to Wysa's security, privacy and compliance policies and procedures

- Contribute to building continual improvement practices

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in a client facing role.

- Strong interpersonal communication and verbal & written, must-have as it is a client-facing role.

- Able to handle multiple clients and tasks, solve problems, and plan, prioritize effectively.

- Proactive, takes ownership and comfortable working in a remote environment.

- Is a critical-thinker, problem-solver and pays attention to details

- Comfortable working and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment.

- A natural curiosity and desire to learn; with a passion to make a difference.

- MBA preferred
