Position Overview: The BusinessDevelopment Executive is responsible for generating sales through phone, email, and online channels. They will identify potential customers, engage with prospects, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential customers using CRM software and other tools.

- Sales Communication : Make outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations.

- Sales Process Management : Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals.

- Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, address issues, and upsell additional products.

- Data Management : Record sales activities, provide performance reports, and analyze data for improvement opportunities.

- Collaboration : Work with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in sales techniques and CRM software.

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

- Organizational and time management skills.

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
