WRM - Intern - Online Reputation Management (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Monitoring & Analysis : Track brand mentions, customer feedback, and sentiment across digital platforms.
Crisis Management : Identify and escalate PR risks to mitigate reputation damage.
Engagement & Response : Craft brand-aligned responses to queries, complaints, and reviews within defined TAT.
Insights & Reporting : Generate ORM reports with sentiment trends, insights, and recommendations.
Collaboration : Work with marketing & customer service teams to align ORM strategies.
Competitor Benchmarking : Analyze competitors' online reputation and industry trends.
Process Optimization : Enhance ORM workflows for efficiency and impact.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
- 3-6 months of ORM experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of ORM tools (LocoBuzz, Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, etc.).
- Understanding of social media & digital marketing trends.
- Crisis management skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Passion for online communities & brand reputation.
Please Note : This role requires working in shifts, including weekends, as the brand operates 7 days a week. Positions offered: ORM Executive/Intern.
