WRM - Influencer Marketing Role (3-7 yrs)
Key Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a digital agency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic and creative thinker with knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
- Proven experience in campaign management, team leadership, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and error-free delivery.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, clients, and stakeholders to drive collaborations and business growth.
- Create campaign strategies, cost sheets, and reports while monitoring trends and competitors.
- Lead and motivate team members, manage workloads, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Optimize internal processes, provide creative inputs, and develop award-worthy case studies.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic partnerships while maintaining a healthy P&L.
- Participate in workshops, manage hiring needs, and onboard new team members seamlessly.
