Key Requirements :

- Experience: Varies by position (4+ years for Managerial roles to 8+ years for senior positions)

- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think outside the box and devise creative, innovative strategies

- Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram), content, influencer marketing, and social media strategies

- Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and visual presentation abilities

- Client Management: Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering results

- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of advertising trends, entertainment, media, and creative industries

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Campaign Development: Create and implement digital strategies tailored to client goals across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.

- Brand & Entertainment Strategy: Develop and lead creative strategies for brand marketing and entertainment campaigns, ensuring each project meets client objectives.

- Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients define their strategic vision and delivering solutions that drive business results.

- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of creative campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance across all channels.

- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing creative direction and ensuring alignment with campaign goals.

- Trend Research & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Pitching & Presentations: Lead the creation of compelling pitch presentations, engaging clients and securing new business opportunities.

- Creative Process Optimization: Continuously improve the creative process for efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.

- Client Relationship Building: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by consistently delivering outstanding strategic work and providing value beyond expectations.

- Team Development: Mentor junior team members, provide feedback, and facilitate their professional growth through coaching and training sessions.
