We are looking for an Customer Experience Associates/Customer Service Representative at Hyderabad Location for global leader in the food delivery and restaurant discovery space.

Job Description :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering exceptional support and resolving issues related to food delivery, orders, payments, and more. You'll work closely with our operations, restaurant partners, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inquiries : Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution : Resolve issues related to order delays, incorrect orders, payment disputes, and any other customer concerns efficiently and empathetically.
- Collaboration : Work closely with restaurant partners and delivery personnel to coordinate solutions for customer issues.
- Complaint Handling : Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Update Customer Information : Maintain accurate customer records in CRM system and update customer data as needed.
- Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from customers to improve services and share insights with the operations and product teams.
- Escalation : Escalate unresolved queries to higher management when necessary, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout.
- Adherence to Protocol : Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
