Wrig Nanosystems - State Manager - Sales (2-4 yrs)
1. Start state level sales across government, corporate and private practitioners accounts
2. Commercialize our device TrueHb haemometer in different markets
3. Create sustainable sales models in the state
4. Introduce our products to gynecologists, pediatricians, general practitioner, nutritionists and other doctors for prescription and in-clinic sales
5. Support current customers and expanding products' current usages
6. Achieve monthly primary and secondary value sales target of the area
7. Implement the company's credit policy with distributors and direct customers
8. Plan geographical area-wise coverage basis population, profile, number of practitioners and institutions, business potential etc.
9. Ensure proper planning of area coverage plans, their implementation of systematic coverage of the territory. Evaluate & modify the same at regular intervals keeping in mind the business growth, required coverage frequency & cost effectiveness.
10. Identify gaps in coverage and develop appropriate plans to plug those gaps
11. Work with, train, develop and retain distributors and their representatives in the territory to ensure that their contribution to the business is as per targets/ plan
12. Negotiate after necessary approvals, with distributors for services and investment in stock levels and market credits.
13. Evaluate at regular intervals the services rendered, coverage and distribution gains, and financial status of the distributor
