Wrap2Earn Technologies is a leading Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising company in India, operating three innovative brands:
1. Wrap2Earn - Cab branding advertising
2. LytAds - Digital taxi top advertising (digital screens on cars)
3. Buzzomni - A full-service advertising media agency
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to build and manage the social media presence for Wrap2Earn, LytAds, and Buzzomni. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving audience growth, and positioning our brands as young, innovative, and dynamic OOH advertising leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for Wrap2Earn, LytAds, and Buzzomni across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and tone across all social media channels.
- Plan and execute a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content updates.
2. Content Creation & Engagement
- Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, reels, and copy) that aligns with brand objectives.
- Work with the design and content teams to ensure visually appealing and informative posts.
- Increase audience engagement through polls, Q&A sessions, live videos, and community management.
3. Audience Growth & Community Management
- Monitor and analyze follower growth, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
- Identify and leverage trending topics, hashtags, and influencer collaborations to boost visibility.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build strong audience relationships.
4. Paid Social Media Campaigns
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to run paid social media campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and budget allocation for maximum ROI.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to the Marketing Lead.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights and trends.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing and brand positioning.
2. Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube algorithms.
3. Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
4. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for compelling social media posts.
5. Experience with paid social media advertising and audience segmentation.
6. Strong analytical skills to interpret engagement metrics and campaign performance.
7. Ability to stay updated with industry trends and social media best practices.
