Wrap2Earn - Executive - Business Development/Client Servicing (3-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Use cold calling, industry events, exhibitions, conferences and any other means necessary to gain new leads
- Meet potential targets to pitch Wrap2Earn's/LytAds offering (likely to involve making customised power point presentations)
- Research client needs in order to customize the company's offering for them to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing as needed, keeping a fine balance between maintaining business margins and offering the client an attractive deal.
- Keep track of all client meetings and progress on a CRM, and report to Sales Head on a weekly basis.
- Once a campaign is closed, liaise with Ops team to ensure smooth execution of campaign.
- Handle existing client relationships, and ensure end-to-end execution of campaign, from contract signing to payments and receiving feedback.
- Keep abreast of innovations and latest developments in OOH and overall ad space; look out for additional technologies and offerings to integrate with Wrap2Earn's/LytAds existing framework to make it even more attractive for Advertisers.
Key Skills/Qualifications :
- 3+ years in Agency/Advertising background
- An excellent understanding of the advertising industry and good relations with media buyers, agencies, and brand managers.
- Ability to interact & communicate the company's offerings effectively with senior management of various brands & agencies.
- Ability to influence and motivate decision makers through out of the box thinking and sales frameworks
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks based on business needs and grow business in a strategic manner.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving personal and team goals.
- Although we emphasise on work experience over formal education, a bachelor's degree is a must.
