WovVTechnologies is looking for a Senior Manager/AGM/DGM - Pre-Sales who will be responsible for SaaS Products and Technology Services Sales. Job Description: Presales and Solutioning Specialist
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and develop customized solutions based on the client's specific needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our product offerings, demonstrating a deep understanding of their features, functionalities, and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to maximize revenue.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, including tenders, contracts, and requests for proposals (RFPs) relevant to your industry and expertise. Stay updated on industry trends, government initiatives, and upcoming projects that may require the company's products or services.
- Utilize online tender databases and platforms that provide comprehensive listings of open tenders. Regularly monitor tender notices and procurement portals for new opportunities.
- Carefully review the tender documents, including the scope of work, specifications, terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria. Develop a clear understanding of the client's requirements and tailor your proposal accordingly.
- Consider forming strategic partnerships or collaborations with other companies or suppliers to enhance capabilities and improve chances of winning tenders.
- Conduct a thorough review to ensure compliance with all requirements and that your proposal is complete, accurate, and competitive. Seek feedback from colleagues or industry experts to strengthen your proposal and address any potential gaps or weaknesses.
- Once the bids are evaluated, follow up with the contracting authority to inquire about the status of your submission. Request feedback on your proposal to gain insights for future tender bids. Keep track of your tender history and lessons learned to improve your approach in future opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.
- Provide feedback to the product team regarding client requirements and market trends to contribute to product enhancements and development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Presales and Solutioning, Bid Management in IT/SaaS industry is a must
- International Presales experience is a must
- Experience in RFQ, Bid Management and Tendering processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and their application within various industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong followup and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Strong customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
