Here's What You'll Be Doing :
- Develop inbound inquiries of Woro Digital.
- Understand and convey Woro Media's mission, value proposition, and product.
- Become a brand ambassador by getting to know and love the Woro Digital product and story.
- Experiment with new and creative prospecting strategies.
- Continually improve sales skills to attain quota and grow as a sales professional.
- A combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Engage in cold-call prospecting to nurture clients to create net new opportunities.
- Generates sales leads/appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
- Responsible for achievement of monthly, quarterly, year-to-date, and annual sales goals/targets.
- Provide weekly updates to management on sales activities, results, and forecasts.
- New business opportunities by strategizing and executing customized email campaigns with management assistance.
- Demonstrate strong selling and influencing skills.

Job requirements :
- A degree does not matter to us, we need someone who is confident enough to accept a Sales role.
- Inside sales experience in a B2B and B2C inside sales role.
- Natural flair for conversations and enjoy talking to customers about our services. Able to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- The candidate should be a competitive, self-motivated individual with a strong desire to win.
- Must have a proven track record of achieving sales/inside sales targets at full length.
- Strategic thinker with good analytical skills.
- Must have strong business acumen Upselling and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Digital services and solutions sales preferred.
- Should have experience in consultative sales.
