Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant with expertise in B2C sales to join our dynamic sales team. As a sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our company's products to individual customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a willingness to learn and understand our product offerings.
Responsibilities :
1. Sales and Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
2. Client Management :
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
3. Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Monitor sales metrics and report on performance.
- Participate in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
4. Team Leadership :
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales staff.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales processes.
- Lead by example and set high standards for performance and professionalism.
5. Administrative Duties :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in Immigration industry.
